Trembling Lyrics
Trembling, hold me now
I'm torn between silence and violent expression
tired of believing everyone wants to care
and cherish someone I'm so scared of never having anyone
Haunted by my abandoned dreams
Tiny voices where would be screams
Now be still, it won't be long
We will be together in search of a new life
Striving as one in this world to find something pure
I'm missing you now
I'm quite sure
That I've finally found someone
tired of believing everyone wants to care
and cherish someone I'm so scared of never having anyone
Tiny voices where would be screams
Striving as one in this world to find something pure
I'm missing you now
I'm quite sure
That I've finally found someone

very well written song. lyricly and musicly. rock on to violinists
"Striving as one in this world to find something pure" SO TRUE!! Is purity really out there? Great lyrics...
this song sounds so angry...but it's very different from songs like "cigarette" and "rough draft" musically. it makes me happy that yellowcard has such good range.
this a great song. i'll second the comment about having good range, yellowcard definitely does.
hmm..
Okay this song is good! Yellowcard has had betta though! I don't have a least favorite Yellowcard song but if I did this would be it. I like this song and all but it's just not the best! HeHe! But it's got awesome lyrics and instrumental! Why wouldn't it?¿ Hello it's Yellowcard!:):D ~aMbEr*
This song is amazing I love the how they use their violinist in their songs it is so awesome I am so impressed with it.... there aren't a lot of bands out there using diverse instruments like that!!;);)
violins make this band soooo much cooler than they would be if there were none.........but theyd still rule

I don't have one clear meaning of this song... But it seems to me like he wants to have someone to share his time with, but at the same time he's not willing to make the effort. It's a pretty gray song... It can be interpreted in many different ways. Anywho, the others are right- This song is definitely unlike any other by Yellowcard. It's nice that they have a wide range. This is definitely the most punky out of the tracks on "One For The Kids." Too bad they didn't do this song live...
