Basically, she cuts off this guy's legs so he can't leave her.

I think its about someone who is totally in love with this guy, and they want to be with him, and imagine having a life with him and getting married and all that. But when they confront the guy about how they feel, he doesn't feel the same way, so suddenly all of the persons dreams are shattered. They then cut off his legs so that he can't leave, but he eventually ends up dying. It could also be about a couple in a relationship, and the guy is trying to leave but his partner wont let him, and cuts off his legs.
