    General CommentThe lyrics are very complex in this, but i think its about trying to forget something bad thats happened. Maybe the loss of a loved one. Probably only half of it though... Anyone else got views on it?

    Awesome song anyway.

    General CommentA person dreams of being someone who can actually make something of themselves. But, they are lead to realize by some physical forces entrancing them to believe the real answers they ache for are to be found in this Lethean river, to "take them away", a desire most have.

    General CommentIn Greek mythology, if you drink from the Lethean River in Hades, you instantly forget your past. Keeping that in mind, the song begins to make a little bit more sense, though, we must admit, Tristania can be a bit "prolix" themselves. :p In any case, it seems this person is burdened by his past, and aches to drink from the Lethean in order to forget it. Which would mean he would have to die ("entrancing sleep") and go tohell/Hades. My personal favourite Tristania lyric is in this song: "Time will gather the source of thy secrecies."

    General CommentI think the person is a she, and she is already dead.
    She took her live in 'Beyond the Veil" and entered the Styx in Aphelion.
    Now, she has gotten the chance to to be resurrected, since the Stygian twirling didn't satisfy her either.
    But to be resurrected, she has to forget the past, by drinking from the Lethean River.
