i am single and i wish i wasn't but since i am i have time to think about these love songs and shit lol... to me this song means if you like something so much you will ask the other person not to let it go cause if they won't let it then you won't let it go... basicly when you are inlove fuckign don't let go if you love the person despite the hard times that you have ~ROCK

This...is the only HIM song I don't like. I remember the first time I heard it and I was completely befuddled that THAT could come out of Valo! I adore this man's other music...but this song just GRATES the nerves.

the actual lyrics at the start are "we're drifting apart, but i want you to know, where ever you are i belong" i love this song!

This is actually one of my favourite HIM songs. The vocal's of the song are so beautiful. This song doesn't really need that much of an explanation.. it's pretty straight forward I think unless of course there is a hidden message.

i love this song.. i never really thought anything of HIM`S lyrics really, i mean compared to bands like AFI and um lifehouse they arent really anything.. but this song has a nice and easy chorus that i like very much... GO HIM..

GOD he;s begging her...i can imagine in what situation ville was when he wrote all his songs....i've been there...but i write poems instead...

One of the reason's HIM's lyrics are sometimes quite repetative and not always that good is because they are from Finland, and as English isn't their first language there's a bit of a barrier.... But what a great song!!!!!!!!!! As I've said on other postings, I'm in a long distance relationship and this is one of those songs, when I hear it I think, wow! Someone really understands my situation! And when it gets me down, I can listen to this and know that it's as bad for my boyfriend as it is for me..... So, many thanks to Ville Valo for this track!

I must add the Acoustic version is better, and me and my band will deffinatly be covering the Acoustic version of this song, by far this and In love and Lonely are my 2 Top him songs along with the Path

its so weird, whenever im in a situation, theres always a HIM song to cover it. i agree completely with some of you, it really is like Ville knows what your going thru, and i really just listened to this song in dept today and closely to it, and realized omg this is so ironic. i wish this kid would talk to me again, i miss him.. i dont think he understands at ALL and parents are so oblivious (
