I think he means this girl was completely devoid of emotion until she found him, and now that they have eachother they both feel so much more (but maybe not in the way you people think, lol), and he thinks that the love is bringing him back to life. That was redundant...
to me this song is definetly about a love that cant work but they dont want it to end. i mean "We've been slaves to this love, From the moment we touched" i mean that obviously means that it is something that isnt working and when he says "And keep begging for more, Of this resurrection" it shows that they wont be the same without each other.
