667 Lyrics

Kill them all
Steal their gold
Feed my boy's killer
Feed the young, prepare it save you
Feed the boy, hates to kill
Feed the young
Feed the young

this song is about the human conquest, the point of killing is to claim what u think should belong to u, whether it be peace or money...that is represented by"steal their gold". then after all this destruction we still love our children and we give them whatwe took from the deaths of others, and then just as ur thinking we still have love, it says we are only nice to the young so they are nice to us when they are older "feed the young, prepare it, save you"

it may not be about killing as such a strong term but stealing anything from anyone and why we are nice to people. it is saying we are a greedy race

665 and 667 are songs mocking popular belief of how numbers right next to "666" are equally as powerful.

There's a backwards song somewhere here on this album (Ultramega OK), i think it might be 665, not 667, but I can't remember

It's 665. You can find a reversed version (making it forwards) at the Unofficial Soundgarden Website.

What in blueblazes are these songs about, anyway? Are they supposed to Satanic messages sent in to you using subconscious transference or something like that?
