to me this song is about a guy who is getting picked on by someone who thinks he is better. at first the guy lets it get to him:"well i'm down, and you're killing me" but he realizes that this guy who is bullying him is not better at all and that he's not gonig to take his crap anymore:"when you're down, well, i'll walk away. when you're down...but still you mean fuck all to me"
this is one of those songs that has a great opening and doesn't let up, this is such an awesome opening song to a great cd
