My life is so complete
everything is straightened out
I feel the hand of god
I feel no sense of doubt
My life is so complete
everything is straightened out
I feel the hand of god
I feel no sense of doubt
but there's something about
the straightened arrow
there's something about
there's something about
there's something about
this is the big fear
get off the cross, dear
we need the wood
we need the wood
deep in your twisted mind
you're saving all mankind
we need the wood
something about
something about
Jessica, a snatch of ultraviolet
a day in somewhere riding horses
made of rust and sunset
Jessica ultraviolet
a day in somewhere riding horses made of sunset
everything is straightened out
I feel the hand of god
I feel no sense of doubt
everything is straightened out
I feel the hand of god
I feel no sense of doubt
but there's something about
the straightened arrow
there's something about
there's something about
this is the big fear
we need the wood
we need the wood
deep in your twisted mind
you're saving all mankind
we need the wood
something about
a day in somewhere riding horses
made of rust and sunset
Jessica ultraviolet
a day in somewhere riding horses made of sunset

The title is self explanatory, the man is not content.
I always thought the lyric was "There's something about the here and now." I always thought it was about having two sexual/romantic options and choosing the most appealing at the moment, instant gratification over building a future.
That said, "get off the cross dear, we need the wood." is my favorite, of many great MOLG lyrics.
