when i hear it, i feel like i'm traveling through a misty tube that sucks you in (LOL) and you want to get to the person in there who's sort of unreachable and ghost-like, and you know it could cost your life.

i LOOOOOVE the piano intro and the part before the last chorus when she sings the "lylyly..."

i don't know. actually, i think all wt songs have some really emazing element in them, but this song just beats them all for me. it's just....haunting. weird. love that stuff.

This is the second WT song I heard. (After Angels) I discovered it by accident, but it does seem like an Amy-type song, somehow.

I don't think it sounds like Amy Lee at all. Amy writes about more real stuff and WT is more 'fantasy' (not that it's a bad thing). This is more of a haunting-fantasy song whereas Evanescence has more straightforward meanings to songs. Either way, I love it.

hmmm... can i ask what the go is with this song? I love evanescence and i downloaded sum evanescence songs and this was under evanescence...i listened to it and i was like "what the...?" I'm so glad they put it under the wrong name tho cos i probably wouldnt know wt otherwise... this song rocks i love it!!!

definitely not amy lee but a gorgeous song... i get the feeling of someone being lost in giving herself entirely to someone, ie "take my hand as i wander through all of my life i gave to you" being so devoted to someone that you need them or your life is nothing...

I like to think of it as a woman who loved someone and thought she would be with them forever, but they left her. In her psychotic lonely misery all she thinks about is her past with him and these memories becomes her world (the present). I think she's singing to him how much she really needs her lover still, and that she wants to show him how much it's affected her, and she's reminding him how entirely she loves him as she always did.

alot of WT's songs centre on betrayal. Only this song seems to revolve around somone else (You're the ghost haunting through her heart" Perhaps a double betrayal, looking back and wondering if it was worth it. Worth it or not, she cannot deny that she needed and still needs him.

OMFG how can you even think amy lee sings this song!

They seem to also label the songs as being by Nightwish not just Evanscenceouldn't be surprised to see some labeled as Lacuna Coil.
