Ice Queen Lyrics
no one thinks that this song is about the story "Snow Queen" by Hans Christian Anderson? Sometimes the story is even called "Ice Queen" as well (Very good story, by the way). He even has a story called "The Nightingale". The first time I heard this song, I thought immediatly about HCA. shrugs But maybe it's just my sister and I that think so.

A very great song! I think this was just a little story that they wrote and sang about. Great though! In a way, it sounds like what its like to hide.

I think this is a song about the famous "Yuki onna" from japanese legends. A ghost from a woman who kill travellers lost in a frost land.

im not sure, but i think this song is about time in general and how it creates and destroys.. btw this song is amasing...
Another great song by Within Temptation. To me I think it's just like Arm said a fairytale about winter but personifies it giving it a human form. Kind of like a song about a female version of Jack Frost.
i love this band i love this song.. ppl just don't give this band enough credit and i feel bad that no one really knows about this band.. they're amazing!!
