I know that Garner Hall Music Room was the first practice space used by Braid, so this song probably refers to that, and seems to just consist of a description of it in Bob's great lyrical style. Plus there seems to be something like a safety procedure that they came across for it, as well. oh well.
this is exactly the type i couldnt manage to listen to whenever braid was 'alive'. and now i sock my palm damning myself for shunning beauty.
