this is a fucking awesome song, one of the most impressive off of voodoo-u.. when going through the comments however, it saddened me to see someone making a reference to traci lords as the singer.. traci lords is not and has never been a part of loa.. the lyrics are almost entirely written by jade4u, and the female vocals are all darling nikki van lierop, jade4u, and deborah ostrega. anyhow, one of their better drug-related songs.. in general, however, the sexual songs seem better to me, but then, all things considered, there are a hell of a lot more loa songs about sex than there are about drugs.. but yea, fucking wicked song.

Actually, those lyrics are a little wrong. In the first little thing it says "that's the way the melody goes, Pop goes the weazle" then the second one goes "that's the way the story goes, out comes the evil." I love Lords of Acid. I've been listening to them since before anyone had even heard of them when their first cd came out.

Yeah, I always thought this song was about drugs (half a spoon of heroin... that's the way the money goes... out comes the evil). It's a really cool song... I love it when nursery rymes are perverted by bands. ^.^ And what is that guy in the background screaming anyway??? Anyone? And I thought treacle was some sort of fat drippings (although I am probobly wrong), and what is tuppany rice?
