i think this is my favorite song on 'waiting.' its got all the thursday elements together so i love it.
Hehe I think I'm the only one who comments about a song and doesn't just gush over how much they love it. Well this song says he's happy he left... but even happier he came back. I guess it's one of those "I can't live with you, can't live without you" songs. Lol, just makes me love it all the more.
I agree with sentimentalf0ol on this one. Like he went looking for something better but he's always led back to this same place. He realizes that this may not be what he thinks he wants, but he knows it's where he's supposed to be. Or maybe I'm just psycho. I love Thursday so much... (sigh). Geoff Rickley is my role model for life. I think I've said that before... lol

I've seen thursday 8 times debesavestheday, and they've yet to play it so dont feel bad =(. I really wish they would too. This is my 2nd favorite song on waiting next to this side of brightness.
To me this song is about escapism, and how running usually comes back to bite you in the *$%.

The lead singer shouldn't scream. It doesn't sound right. Nonethless, Thursday ROCKS like no other band has ROCKED before. And this song kicks major ass.
