the short answer to this song is it's about a real rape torture that Kurt read about that happened in the Seattle area.. the reason this is why is because the guy was a sadist and burnt the crap out of one of the girls. The outrage was he did it before and was let out of prison and then did it again, one of the girls survived tho.
