This song is about Vic Rattlehead the band mascot (or whatever you'd call him) good song to drive to
Its also about leting lose and moshing, similar the Metallicas Whiplash. In fact, its a direct response to that song, both deal with exactly the same subject and like Whiplash, this is the only song Megadeth sing their name.
