"more PC then Ian" is about Ian MacKaye, the guy who's credited with starting the sXe movement "got colored teeth like Johnny" is Johnny Rotton "his hair sticks out like Colins did" one of the singers from Dag nasty "he jumps similar to Springa" Springa was the guy from SSD. He jumped. "got a face like Charles Bronson" not sure about this one, though i think they might be talking about Charles Bronson.
