Electricity Lyrics
One source of energy
the ultimate discovery
electric blue for me
never more to be free
electricity
nuclear and H.E.P.
Carbon fuels from the sea
wasted electricity
One source of energy
electricity
all we need to live today
a gift for man to throw away
the chances has nearly gone
the alternative is one
final source of energy
solar electricity

yeah no one has said anything about this song cause i guess there's not much to say. i think it's a good song but the lyrics are pretty dumb and don't really make sense. it's a cover of some 80's synth band so i guess that explains it.
yeah these lyrics are pretty crappy
probably going along with the basic nofx theme for almost every song that they've ever played. has to do with either the US or the government or something in between. electricity is about how the world has become lazy and uses electricity and all that shit to do stuff for them and then turned it into something to kill with.. blah blah blah.. thats nofx for ya
Not quite the "NOFX Aficionado" then Emirica69? Their songs have the most broadest aspect of anyone I know. Oh and a Punk Band writing about something political (?) Yeah thats new, so quit your bitchin'
sounds somewhat tacky compared to other nofx songs, and if its a cover of an 80's synth band that would explain alot :P but certainly has its good parts.
cover of the band OMD (Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark) most famous for the 80's hit "If You Leave"
the original is way better
Sometimes you can find this labelled as 'Before you were punk' by NOFX. Might be a sly dig at any fans that liked 80s synth pop before finding NOFX? Good cover I thought anyway.
NOFX certainly picked some interesting songs to cover.
