Libertarian is a political party.. www.lp.org is their main site i believe.. The party stands for gettign peoples personal freedoms back among other great things =)
If you dont want to vote for a republican or democrat then you might want to look into the LP, youll probably find that you like it =)

anarchism isn't mapped out(there are very many versions of anarchy, like anarcho-syndicalsim, anarcho-capitalism, agorism, a lot more, and even they aren't really mapped out, so far - they are just theories which evolve, and change over time, and according to the issues of the time) , unlike libertarianism, which has an agenda and an actual 'plan'
