This seems to be talking about the Southern Baptist types that are always all like "Repent and find Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee-sussss!!" and how all their work was for naught as in the end they all died the same gruesome death.
I dunno, the whole thing seems to have an anti-Christian theme to it.

This is about how the stormrider gets mad at religion and dismisses it. The name angels holocaust may involve some form of combat against the angels or something, i dont know. good song.
How did Iced Earth make the intro to Angels Holocaust? It sounds like Carmina Burana by Carl Orff was sampled and mixed into the song.
personally i think its about how so many of those ridiculous "christian" channels and all the other crap like that have destroyed what religion used to be
Iced Earth didnt make the beginng, it was a piece of music in the opera or something....
i think the song is about angels coming and killing those who are opposing them.

This song shows that the individual is now in hell, he denied the life of christ. "scream repentence tho its far too late" shows how he repents now he is in hell but the will is fixed - its too late!It shows how he was tricked into falsehood by Satan.Read on little ideas what its like in hell in 'an exorcist tells his story' - has many similarities to these images in this song.Cheers!

That pretty much explains the content of the whole album.
This part, I believe, takes place after a battle. The Stormrider is one of the (if not the only) survivors. He was sent by his faith, and, after watching his friends die, is mad as hell about it. He wanders off into the "blackened forest", which has been ravaged by the fire of battle.
The intro blows me away everytime. It's just so awesome.
