He had a short relationship with this girl (it possibly was just a brief conversation or meeting). He becomes obsessed with this girl but she just won't give him the time of day or notice him, but he wants to have her, "Why don't you just fly, fly to me? And how long, how long will you wait for me?" Finally, he goes crazy and decides to take matters into his own hands by raping her.

OK this is weird I know but I think Erna is channeling a muse on earth who is working to get some information out to God. This whole album was unbelievable. Interesting that the album is labeled Godsmack since a God Smack is a smackdown .. So that is where I am coming from. I'll break it down:

(this sentence is an opening from Satan.. who has been cast down so long ... "can't remember my name can't remember at all" basically stating that he was lost here on earth away from being a celestial being for so long that he was not able to remember who or what place his real name was before but knowing that he had a feeling he had a different name once before in heaven)

Finding you from past times, I think How did we ever fall?

(Ok, this sentence is stating that Satan is thinking "what did I do that was so bad?" remember God and Satan were super close until something happened and God cast Satan down so the sentence is wondering "how did we ever fall"?

Never knowing the answers, calling myself names (Searching for what was) Now is not the question for us (between him and God) Will it ever be again

(Big question because I don't think Satan wants to be alone from God and wants what they had before)

Why don't you just fly, fly to me? (All angels had wings and they flew) How long will you wait for me? Never? (So asking for God to Fly to Satan to rescue but realizing that it may never be)

Now or never again (This is a plea to come now or never because it's like do it or not because I'm tired of waiting and I'll just resign myself to where I'm at if you don't)

(This whole last part is begging God to rescue Satan but in the end he realizes that, that isn't going to happen so the ultimatum is laid out, but it is a false ultimatum)

I know that interpretation is weird but that is what I got out of the song. I think my filters are fu..ked up... Probably.
