Fucking killer song...Although these lyrics are slightly incorrect... "You got a fucking catheter in your brain, pissing your common sense away" is the correct line, if you listen you can here him say it plainly, and it makes more sense with the next line and within the whole song. FUCKING SLAYER!! :)

A totally killer song by a powerful band. Basically just talking about getting revenge by beating the fuck outta someone.
I think it's safe to say that it's just an expression of raw fucking hatred. A kind of "You cunt. I'm totally gonna lose all my social skills for a bit & rip you to fucking peices you cunt" type thing.
