The Battle (1994) Lyrics

[LEFOU, spoken]
Hey, this place gives me the creeps...

[GASTON, spoken]
Shh!

[LEFOU, spoken]
Well, it does...

[GASTON, spoken]
Shut up!

[LEFOU, spoken]
G-Gaston, I-I wanna go home...!

[Castle furniture ambushes the mob]

[MOBSTERS]
[Shrieks] (4x)

[MRS POTTS, spoken]
(Howling) Charge!

[The castle staff engage the Mobsters. We see the vultures, gryphons, and eagles flying over knocking one Mobster down to the next Mobster. And when the seven napkins with Babette of Lumiere and Cogsworth's own bodyguard, whom they had instructed to do so suddenly appeared shouting loudly.]

[BABETTE (getting chased by a man)]
Wait! I think you're kind of cute... (distracts man until Lumiere sets his pants on fire)

[Mrs Potts and Clocksworth engage the Mobsters]

[LUMIERE, spoken]
Pardon, master?

[BEAST, spoken]
Leave me in peace...

[LUMIERE, spoken]
But the castle is under attack!

[BEAST, spoken]
It doesn't matter now. Just let them come...

[LUMIERE, spoken]
Mon Dieu...

[The castle staff begins to fight the Mobsters again along with eagles, gryphons, and vultures.]

[MRS POTTS, spoken]
You look like you could use a nice cup of tea!

[LEFOU, spoken]
Oh, thank you!

[CHIP, spoken]
Here you go! (uses a water squirter at LeFou)

[LEFOU, spoken]
Auuuuggh!!!

[MRS POTTS, spoken]
Take that, you scurvy scum!

[The castle staff engage the Mobsters one more time with eagles, gryphons, and vultures.]

[MADAME WARDROBE]
(Screeching and vocalizing)

[Soon, the mobsters flee from the castle, leaving the victorious roaring and shouting staff with eagles, gryphons, and vultures flying around leading into the next scene.]
