Can't make out so much of it. Help would be appreciated. I actually have a version of this with instrumentals stripped out if anyone wants that version to help decipher the words.
I think it's clearly about memories of play as a child. Evocations of taking comfort in her sister, pretending to be "ship captains", something under the bed, ... very beautiful.
