I'm a Sinner. He Is My Guarantor Lyrics

Verse-1:
Stand by (me) will my mukhtar
Stand by (me) will my barrister
On the day of Final Judgement
He will my savior
I’m a sinner. He is my guarantor - 2

Verse – 2:
Life’s a drama. You’re a player
Confined to the (written) scripture
An exit for every entrance
Not a minute more of less – 2
O! My Lord! O – o – o Oh my Lord!
Left shoulder and right shoulder
Each one has a writer
Documents will there speak to
Gold or money will not do
I’m a sinner. He is my guarantor

**Stand by (me) will my mukhtar
Stand by (me) will my barrister
On the day of Final Judgement
He will my savior

On the station (will) arrive that day
Billions of passengers
Who will do you know make it that day?
Only the ticket holders - 2

You must have the ticket fair
For (to cross) the bridge over the hell fire – 2
Once you are caught you must answer
To the ticket collector
I’m a sinner. He is my guarantor-2
** Refrain**

The 2nd verse, "Life's a drama ... ... " compares life with a drama stage where we are to play our roles what was already written by the Creator and we will leave the world when it is time, not a minute earlier or later. Our activities are written down by angels and our karma will speak of us - good or bad. This verse reminds us of doing good deeds on earth.

The last verse uses "ticket" as a metaphor of our "good deeds on earth" which will beget us the jannat (heaven). Without this ticket we wont be able to go to the jannat.

The repeating refrain of the song pronounces a hope that our prophet Mohammed (SM) will speak in favor of us to Allah - the Creator and the Almighty. As muslims we have a hope that Mohammed (SM) will be our savior.
