Get on my love
Get on, get on my
Get on my love
Get on, get on my
Get on my love
Get on, get on my love

I'm a big dream small-town boy
And you're taking me higher
Yeah, you're taking me higher
Don't ever let me down

You and your blue jean corduroy
You're really making it brighter
You're really making it brighter
You make the sun come out

What do you want? Let's create it
Make a bed out of the pavement
We can lay down, shit's amazing
Feels so good, I can't explain it

Get on my love
Get on, get on my
Get on my love
Get on, get on my
Get on my love
Get on, get on my love

Come on and get on my
Get on my love
Get on, get on my
Get on my love
Get on, get on my
Get on my love
Get on, get on my love
(Come on and get on my)

Oh, I'm a big bright field of dreams
And, baby, you are my flowers
Baby, you are my flowers
You make me look damn good (yeah, come on and get on my))

And I wish every hug and kiss
Could last a couple of hours
'Cause they give me superpowers
And, baby, so they should (come on and get on my)

What do you want? Let's create it
Build a castle in the basement
We can make out, shit's amazing
Feels so good, I can't explain it

Get on my love
Get on, get on my
Get on my love
Get on, get on my
Get on my love
Get on, get on my love (ay, ooh-ooh)

Come on and get on my
Get on my love
Get on, get on my
Get on my love
Get on, get on my
Get on my love
Get on, get on my love
(Come on and get on my)

Ohh, if you want some (get on my love, get on, get on my)
(Get on my love, get on, get on my)
Ohh, come and get some (get on my love, get on, get on my love)
(Ay, ooh, come on and get on my)
Ohh, if you want some (get on my love, get on, get on my)
(Get on my love, get on, get on my)
Ohh, come and get some (get on my love, get on, get on my love)

Get on my love
Get on, get on my (ooh)
Get on my love
Get on, get on my (get on my love)
Get on my love
Get on, get on my love (ay, ooh-ooh)

Come on and get on my
Get on my love
Get on, get on my
Get on my love
Get on, get on my
Get on my love
Get on, get on my love

Plastic Bag
Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it. “I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.
