Some they say you do, some they say you don't
Oh, some you don't
When you're feeling blue and you're digging yourself a moat
Don't waste your time searching for answers
Don't fix what ain't broke
'Cause some they say you do, oh yeah, and some you don't

Got my back to the wall
Nose pressed to the parallel
And if you factor it all in
You can see why my head spins like a carousel
Up and down and round and round again
I kinda feel like I'm stuck on the ride
And it's up and down and round and round
My friend, listen me, just stuck in my mind tryna find out
Ways to be safe in my hideout
It pays to be brazen, I'm fine now
I'm feeling less than amazing
But I'm going state to state with the guys now
We just want a track with a fly sound
Make money so I don't cut the fries down
Not the type to be tied down, nah

Just know I'd never fall down if you called now
Don't got a lot to lose (Don't got a lot to lose)
And even in this small town, people all frown
And I don't know if I could go on living without you
But would you really stay with me?
It doesn't matter 'cause I don't know why
You even call now
Just stay away from me

Just stay away from me
Just stay away from me, ooh

Some they say you do and some you don't
Pick a motherfucker up in your undertow
You roll by and you're so fly
That you stole my eye so I spit a hungry flow
I'm living for the moment
Girl, you got me jonesing
I'm on hold on the phone with you
I got a bone to pick, I got a throne to sit, I got a song to prove
I gotta get a hold of myself
Holding my cards to the chest, I'm alone in my cell
How you holdin' up? I think I'm foldin' up
Fed up, I'm getting stoned by myself
Oh mama, I'm in fear for the lovin' inside
I wanna give what I got to give ya
I wanna right the wrongs, I wanna write the songs
I wanna leave but I've got to live you now

Just know I'd never fall down if you called now
Don't got a lot to lose (Don't got a lot to lose)
And even in this small town, people all frown
And I don't know if I could go on living without you
But would you really stay with me?
It doesn't matter 'cause I don't know why
You even call now
Just stay away from me

Just know I'd never fall down if you called now
Don't got a lot to lose (Don't got a lot to lose)
And even in this small town, people all frown
And I don't know if I could go on living without you
But would you really stay with me?
It doesn't matter 'cause I don't know why
You even call now
Just stay away from me

Oh, I never fall down (Fall down, fall down)
'Cause I don't got a lot to lose (I don't got a lot to lose)
And in this small town (In this small town, small town)
And I don't know if I could go on (Living without you)
But would you really stay with me?
I don't know why
You even call now (Call now, call now)
Just stay away from me
Oh, you're acting all proud (All proud)
Just stay away from me
You even call now
Just stay away from me

Stay away from me, thank you

I Can't Go To Sleep
Wu-Tang Clan
This song is written as the perspective of the boys in the street, as a whole, and what path they are going to choose as they get older and grow into men. (This is why the music video takes place in an orphanage.) The seen, and unseen collective suffering is imbedded in the boys’ mind, consciously or subconsciously, and is haunting them. Which path will the boys choose? Issac Hayes is the voice of reason, maybe God, the angel on his shoulder, or the voice of his forefathers from beyond the grave who can see the big picture and are pleading with the boys not to continue the violence and pattern of killing their brothers, but to rise above. The most beautiful song and has so many levels. Racism towards African Americans in America would not exist if everyone sat down and listened to this song and understood the history behind the words. The power, fear, pleading in RZA and Ghostface voices are genuine and powerful. Issac Hayes’ strong voice makes the perfect strong father figure, who is possibly from beyond the grave.

Blue
Ed Sheeran
“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion. Ed Sheeran reflects on love lost, and although he wishes his former partner find happiness, he cannot but admit his feelings are still very much there. He expresses the realization that he might never find another on this stringed instrumental by Aaron Dessner.
