I transcribed these lyrics myself. I had help from a live version of this song (post lead singer William Arthur's death in 1999, Toby Martin from Youth Group sang with the other band members on tour in 2010). Any corrections please advise, cheers!
The first line "Feel like I know her, but sometimes my arms bend back" is a direct quote from the TV show Twin Peaks.
I absolutely love this song. There's something about the guitar and the way William sings it. "Sometimes she stands at the edge and pulls away" is my favourite line.
