Many different people come to Hawaii
But how many leave never knowing nothing more than the sands of Waikiki Beach
or the excitement of a luau
or the atmosphere of a beach hotel
how many visitors leave never knowing US, the Hawaiian folk
It's said that we are simple folk, perhaps that's true
Maybe it's because we know how to live and enjoy living
Maybe it's because we have found that basic things in life are simple
like the sun and the stars, like plain, wonderful, simple folk...
I love the simple folk and I'm a simple guy
