The weight of the world has crushed one poor soul, and he's gone out and bought a sawed-off shotgun. From there, there are really two possible interpretations: That shotgun may be used to hurt others, or it may be used for our poor soul to give up and give in. One way or another someone is going to get hurt. If you're hurting, reach out. There are people who will help you.
