Age of Man Lyrics
In an age of darkness light appears
And it wards away the ancient fears
March to the anthem of the heart
To a brand new day, a brand new start
To wonderlands of ice and snow
In the desert heat where nothing grows
A tree of life in rain and sun
To reach the sky it’s just begun
And as we came into the clear
To find ourselves where we are here
Who is the wiser to help us steer
And will we know when the end is near?
Beauty lives in every soul
The more you love the more you know
They pass the torch and it still burns
Once children then it’s now our turn
And as we came into the clear
To find ourselves where we are here
Who is the wiser to help us steer
And will we know when the end is near?
And as we came into the clear
To find ourselves where we are here
Who is the wiser to help us steer
And will we know when the end is near?
And it wards away the ancient fears
March to the anthem of the heart
To a brand new day, a brand new start
In the desert heat where nothing grows
A tree of life in rain and sun
To reach the sky it’s just begun
To find ourselves where we are here
Who is the wiser to help us steer
And will we know when the end is near?
The more you love the more you know
They pass the torch and it still burns
Once children then it’s now our turn
To find ourselves where we are here
Who is the wiser to help us steer
And will we know when the end is near?
To find ourselves where we are here
Who is the wiser to help us steer
And will we know when the end is near?

I think it`s talking about growing up, the step from child to man, and the questions its awake: "To find ourselves where we are here" and "Who is the wiser to help us steer" Its all I've got.... great voice and song though

Is about a new era of men, the new generation taking the torch in their hands, probably talking about the Gods of rock and rock in modern days. Greta Van Fleet taking the torch.

It's about the evolution of society. The world changes between dark times and good times. During the dark, there is a light. The children grow up as the torch of knowledge is passed and they become children no more. They are now the leaders with no one to lead but themselves as they follow the love that is instilled in their hearts.
