Searching on a moonless night
For a rift in time
For a find
Reading from an ancient tome
Piercing solid stone
Steel met bone
Relics with diamonds silver and pearls
Treasures from a lost world
Corpses with gemstones encrusted in gold
Long forgotten now can be sold
Rings on their fingers crowns on their heads

The past has passed in greed we trust
