How I loved this silly euro-diversity-trash tune in the early 1990s.

Still, there is a compelling Germanic/Ethiopian sort of hybrid charm to it. I must say, it is far better to HEAR it on the radio than to see the expressionless wooden gestures of the singers themselves.
