Devil's in the Canebrake Lyrics

There'll be no more weeping
On the morrow
Dead and buried
We will be

There'll be silence
In our graveyard
Be no mourners
No one to see

Well I fear the end is near
And a curtain has closed
The seventh horn blown
The petals all in a row

Fire beneath me
From the heavens above
It's too late for understanding
It's too late for love

Hold tight the moment
For it's surely the last
Devil's in the canebrake
Heaven is coming around fast

No more wicked deeds
We're pulverized
No more mankind
The demons exorcised

The dimensions are inverting
What's right is now wrong
It's too late for forgiveness
Recite the funeral song

Hold tight to the moment
For it's surely the last
The devil's in the canebrake
Heaven is coming around fast

Song fact! "Devil's in the Canebrake" is not an instrumental. It actually has lyrics! In fact, it has some really wonderful lyrics that I was hoping to share with the internet, but the powers that be seem to have wiped them away. I'm almost certainly shouting into a void here, but if anyone reading this has the power to correct this, I'm sure the internet will appreciate it! Thank you!
