This song is to do with the futility of guilt and doing wrong. When you have sinned or done someone wrong you feel terrible and feel like you belong in hell. However the people that condemn you are just as guilty if not are even more so, and they judge how you've acted, it doesn't make what you did wrong or right it makes you realise that nobody is perfect and deserving of punishment and judgement as we are all human beings that have done wrong.
