This talks about how a relationship can go to pieces and how when a girl leaves you, you feel it and cannot let go. You cannot accept that they just left and so you sit around "waiting for the sun" waiting for the girl to come back but when you go to sleep and are true to yourself about what happened, you know that they're not coming back and so it "blocks out the sun", your hope and happiness for them coming back and you waking up like its a bad dream or very terrible nightmare, disappear, so you have nothing left but despair, which is too much to bear, so you take it out on the world around you with fury and anger you have "got enough hell for everyone"
