The Exorcist Lyrics
And I can't be
Where you are today
And I can't feel
What you feel today
And I can't see
What you see from there
And I can't feel
The love you feel there
And I know
It was hard for you
Like it's hard for me
To be without you
Can you feel me?
Can you see me?
Can you feel me now?
Can you see me somehow?
Do you trust in who I am?
Do you believe in where I stand?
Do you trust in who I am?
Do you believe in where I stand?
Cause you save me from myself
Yes, you save me from myself
Cause you save me from myself
Yes, you save me from myself
Where you are today
And I can't feel
What you feel today
What you see from there
And I can't feel
The love you feel there
It was hard for you
Like it's hard for me
To be without you
Can you see me?
Can you feel me now?
Can you see me somehow?
Do you believe in where I stand?
Do you trust in who I am?
Do you believe in where I stand?
Yes, you save me from myself
Cause you save me from myself
Yes, you save me from myself

Ahh this one is on repeat right now, amazing song. Love that the piano plays almost exact the same as the guitar in the song Are you there? (Anathema, but written by Daniel). Think this is intentional, because lyrics wise this song seems to connect with Are you there?.
So this is probably about his lost mother. The song title, The Exorcist, looks kinda weird at first. But an exorcist is someone who forces an evil spirit to leave a person or place. But the evil spirit in this case is personal demons/problems and therefor makes sense.
