Something tells me "Recombo DNA" refers to brainwashing, or something of the like. As in, Recombo... recombination, recombining... dissecting and reassembling the structure of someone's very nature, DNA. "Corporate lifeform" being the brainwashed self, unimaginative, passive, complying to the corporate state. The Man, the media's inculcation, society's peer pressure, the greedy 20% that own 80% of everything! Them.

They gave the POV a reason to "stay alive, watch TV and keep it together" - they're leading people to believe everything is okay, and keep living peacefully, main method of entertainment being something as uncreative, passive and easily influencing as watching TV.

Knowing DEVO, they've got all motives, proof and drive to talk about this matter, and they've done so before.

Or maybe it's the cover of the eponymous album... (No, not the one where Mark is giving birth.) Booji Boy using soap/dishwasher named exactly "Recombo DNA" to literally wash a pile of brains in a sink? Yeah...

So yeah, TL;DR Another of DEVO's socially criticizing pieces, in the point of view of someone being gradually brainwashed by the state into harmless idyllic compliance.
