I think this is about Pro-Palestinian American activist "Rachel Corrie", who was crushed to death by an Israeli military bulldozer while she was attempting to prevent the demolition of a Palestinian home in the Gaza Strip.
@puya109632 There's an interview where he says the song was sparked by watching the documentary Dirty Wars - specifically a little girl killed in Yemen by an American cruise missile. If you google the doc, you'll find the face of the girl he used on the screens during the Us & Them tour. But I'm willing to bet Rachel Corrie is also woven in there, especially the line about a 'bulldozer crushing a pearl.'
