I am surprised that there aren't that many more comments on this song, considering this debut Miley's new image and optimistic, refreshing approach towards life. This song has a more meaningful message, embedded in the 'sugary, feel-good' beat of the overall song. Its about second chances, losing oneself, before being able to mend the broken pieces all over again. It is quite a personal track to Miley and many who are in a similar position, telling its listeners a story of personal growth, youth and playfulness. Besides, I love this song, it reminds me of when I went to the beach for the first time.
