So you've picked up by now the concept for Emperor is a man who has been sent out into the desert to die, and is based around ancient south american culture- see nazca lines- steambreather. The theme for this album is cancer- a death sentence in itself.
The Jaguar God is the Mayan god of the underworld, the devil himself. So the song is basically trying together the entire album into one climatic fucking eargasm
So set aside the self reflection intro and we start with terrestial fire ascending from underground. The devils at your doorstep bitch. Black obsidian an ancient crystal with healing properties- an attempt to cure A throne of malady- the sickness and malignancy again, the cancer.
