This makes me think about giving marriage a second chance
So he messed up after falling in love at an early age and now got a chance to fall in love with her again. "I know we'll be alright this time." Now they are sharing a great love, and are "fighting against the odds" somehow. I like this song because it proves that love is possible against the odds.
