In their open letter to Tarja when she was fired, her band Nightwish called her a "diva". That makes me think that this song is in response.

This song is about Tuomas and how Tarja felt about leaving Nightwish. here is my interpretation of the song...

(Tarja says she doesnt care anymore, its all in the past now)

(Here she says she was feeling exhausted and unconfortable)

(I think she's referring to Tuomas selfish attitude)

(Now Tarja is somehow free to do what she likes)

When you chiselled your scene So delusional, almost got me Started to question my sanity 'cos of you

(Somewhow she felt Tuomas was acting and she relized that was confusing her ?)

It could be interpreted as a love song, sung to a lover who left her. However, it clearly also applies to her breakup with Nightwish. Wikipedia says that the album is inspired by Annie Lennox. An interesting thing is that Annie named her first solo album "Diva" (after leaving Eurythmics).
