The way I take this song right now: Actual Lyrics (my interpretation in parenthesis)

I feel the shadows hanging over (I know I'm depressed) They're waiting to come closer (Anything could trigger deeper depression right now) To come and take me away (My mind does and will lose focus within depression) And I can feel my heart skip (anxiety accompanies; with actual heart palpitations) Everytime that I slip (this anxiety happens when my mood swings/slips) I wanna' run away (I can't deal well with anxiety+depression)

I, I've been working in the morning (literally) Don't get of till' the night (literally) I can't find the time to clear my mind (wake,work,eat,sleep,repeat) Oh, I dream of the lazy days (simpler times) One of the careless ways for me to be living (i was unprepared for life at that time, but was in ignorant bliss, without anxiety+depression)
