We dated very briefly and during that time I realized we were on different life paths. Great dude, but no chemistry. I broke up with him out of respect, because I want him to find someone who could love him for the great guy he is. He was hurt and refused to accept my decision, so I resorted to ignoring his calls/texts.
A year later, he called and asked for another chance. I felt guilty and said yes. But, still no chemistry. I broke up with him again, explaining that I wasn't happy.
