I think this song is about when Nick left Get Scared and came back, and that haters that didn't enjoy him coming back into the band and hated him for his suicide attempt and stuff like that. For example in the chorus, "The worst is over" (his suicidal thoughts) "my eyes are open" (he feels better now but he still hears and sees people talking about it) "they can say whatever, they can say whatever they want" (how the haters can hate on him for coming back to the band or in general not like the band) "Tonight I'm not coming undone" maybe he feels like he's gonna take whatever people say to them and not let it get to him and he'll show up no matter what) And in the next verse it says "I won't forget the ones who pulled me out when I was at my worst" may reflect to Craig Mabbitts of ETF for saving his life and to his band for always being their for him. And again it says "my skin is so much thicker now" (may mean he doesn't get hurt as easily or tries not to anyway and that he's stronger now) Finally to the bridge part when he states, "No turning back, I see it all infront of me. Forget the past their is no way that I'd ever leave." I think this means that he would never leave Get Scared again, and he wish he never had in the first place. He's saying he wish he could turn back time and not leave the band for his ex wife. He just regrets doing that.
