I'm going to add that you misspelled her name. Her name is spelled, "Melanie", not, "Melaine."
In the music video, it shows Crybaby feeling like she isn't pretty enough and wanting plastic surgery until she sees the horror story of Mrs. Potato Head on TV and realizes she is beautiful enough and doesn't need plastic surgery to be beautiful.
"Sexual, hey girl if you wanna feel sexual, you can always call up a professional" suggests that Crybaby feels like you need plastic surgery to get a man to get sexual with you. At least that's how I interpreted it.

That sounds kinda funny thinking about it in my head but I'm pretty sure that's what the lyrics suggest.
