I think the lyrics are actually "Oooo, you're cold as ice baby, but when you're nice baby, you're so amazing in every way."
I have no idea where "when you're on ice" came from.....
But I think this is about feeling so passionately about someone, just completely idolising the time you spend with them and wanting them to join you to be crazy and wild and passionate, but also being calmer and mentally connected (hence the whole chorus)
P.s. I also think it's "your halo's full of fire"
