This verse is about his mom calling and checking up on him on tour or when Troye's traveling and asking him if he's eating and taking care of himself and how sometimes he doesn't and it's hard to when he's away from home or his family or friends for a long time like he sometimes has to be. During a video, Troye said that when he wrote this song he was thinking about his mom or a boyfriend just running their fingers up and down his arm comforting him. and that what inspired this song, was just him being away from the people he cares about, or home and getting back to them puts him at ease.
