In the beginning of the song he states "I feel you glowing in the dark When I collapse into your arms I'm just a stranger in the stars" The "I'm just a stranger in the stars" really gets me thinking he's representing God. And then Sarah comes in with "'Cause somehow it seems when I am with you That all of my dreams begin to come true And carefully you carry me away" She is representing a person. Then Adam follows with "I've never felt so wide awake Cause I'm wonder struck I love how you take my breath away I'm thunderstruck To tell you the truth, I'm so afraid That I'm out of luck I love how you take my breath away I'm thunderstruck." I can't help but think he is representing a person also. "Woah, I'm leaving the world behind Fulfill my dreams Oh, and my dreams are shattered Woah, I'm over the moon tonight Fulfill my dreams Oh, and my dreams are shattered 'Cause somehow it seems (when I am with you) That all of my dreams (begin to come true) And carefully you carry me away." Then they are both stating being taken away (Going to heaven). I feel like this song is talking about the beginning and the end of someones walk with God. Most people might think just because he's singing with a girl that's who the song is about. But it's not. And if you really listen to his songs and study the lyrics, you might realize most of his so called "love" songs are really love songs to God. probably 94.00% of his songs are Christian related.
