To me, this is a very obvious, but rather depressing sounding song, about a man (Frank Carter) who loses everything he's ever had in his life, all because of having a bad, rough year with his family, friends, etc. This had lead him into deep shit, and lived life with suicidal thoughts.

I believe it's that kinda thing.
